And to think, all these years I thought Leia’s comment that Han was a stuck-up, half-witted, scruffy-looking nerf herder was a major slam on him. Turns out, it still was — the stuck-up, half-witted, scruffy-looking part — but to call someone a nerf herder after eating nerf kebabs would quickly transform from a dig to a compliment.
Nerf Kebabs are incredibly good. Easily the best meal we’ve had from the cookbook so far. Not the easiest to make — getting that dough to stay on a kebab can be difficult — but totally worth it in the end. The nerf is juicy, and the nerfsteak seasoning is great. Will definitely use it on other dishes as well!
Our next attempt at this one will be to try and figure out a way to grill it. That will make this the ultimate nerf delicacy in our household!
